We consult with administrators, faculty, and staff seeking advice on internal controls, compliance with regulations, and operational issues.  Through advisory services, we provide guidance and suggestions on improving procedures.

Advisory Services are less formal than audits, ranging from brief advice over the phone to in-depth analyses.  Recommendations resulting from advisory services are addressed to management of the area and do not require a formal response.

Analysis of specific issues or problems.

Review of internal controls in existing systems.

Advice on controls for new systems.

Assistance in increasing efficiency of operations.

Advice on how to best comply with regulations.

Advice on how to implement audit recommendations.
